If you truly want to quit, then take less and less each day. Then start skipping days and every few days. Do this over a few weeks. You body will not go through as much shock.

I was taking Norco for chronic back pain and went through withdrawal several times. It ***** to say the least. Wean yourself off VERY slowly as there is no harm in going off the Norco and MS Contin slowly. I don’t advise taking any tylenol or asprin, they may upset your stomach more, if you have an upset stomach. Avoid coffee and other stimulants because they may worsen muscle pain and aggitation. Take warm baths, drink lots of water and try to keep up an appitite.
I’m by no means a doctor. Im 17, but going into pre-med. I know more than most adults about medication and pain, because i have been on, literally, hundreds of pills, and in terrible pain. For the best advice, i would recomend seeking Pain Managent. Many hospitals are instating them and the doctors are Anesthesiologists, and know everything about pain and pain medication. I hope everything works out for you. Good luck and god bless.

23|Feb|2009 3It is a fairly common belief that Kratom helps narcotic users step down/detox. It acts upon opiod receptors as well.
